All changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing to the email: [email protected].
Before 15/09/2023 cancellations will be accepted free of charge.
From that date until 10/15/2023, cancellations will be admitted with a 50% penalty.
From 10/16/2023 onwards, cancellations will be admitted with a 100% penalty.
Registration fee handling fees will NOT be refundable under any circumstances.
All refunds will be processed within 5 weeks after the Congress.
The impossibility of attending the event or the commission of an error at the time of registration are not grounds for a refund. Changes in ownership of registrations are accepted, at any time, with a written letter of authorization from the original participant informing of the name change to be sent to [email protected] in writing.

*Registration fees resulting from financial transactions will not be refunded in any case.

The XXVI SEPS Congress | XXXVIII ISSOP Congress, is particularly sensitive to the protection of personal data of the Users of the services motivated by reason of the Congress. In accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, which adapts in the Spanish legal system to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Sociedad Española de Pediatría Social (SEPS), with CIF G84359181, in order to meet the commitments arising from the relationship we have with you. You may exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition by writing to the following address: Avenida de Burgos, 39 - 1º izquierda Madrid 28036. If you do not inform us otherwise within 30 days, we will understand that your data have not been notified, that you agree to notify us of any changes and that we have your consent to process them in order to process your registration. SEPS reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudential criteria, industry practices, or interests of the entity. Any modification in the same one will be announced with the due anticipation, in order that it has perfect knowledge of his content.

I AUTHORIZE the taking and collection of my images (videos/photographs) by Sociedad Española de Pediatría Social (hereinafter SEPS), CIF: G84359181, as Data Controller. I AUTHORIZE the publication and dissemination of my images and videos on the website of the entity in order to present and disseminate the various activities developed by the XXVI SEPS Congress XXXVIII Congress ISSOP, and in which I have participated. I AUTHORIZE the publication and diffusion of my images and videos in the social networks of the entity with the purpose of informing the users of the networks about the different activities and events developed by the XXVI SEPS Congress | XXXVIII ISSOP Congress. I AUTHORIZE its corporate publication in newsletters, circulars, boards located within the facilities of the Data Controller, in order to publicize the various activities and events developed by XXVI SEPS Congress | XXXVIII Congress ISSOP.
