Who can participate in ‘Here comes your lead’?

Biocat is looking for projects of excellence in the early-stages of drug discovery in therapeutics that are interested in bringing these therapeutics into the next stages of development.

How does ‘Here comes your lead’ work?

Biocat compiles the projects, with non-confidential information, and facilitates direct contact with the partners (national and international platforms, CROs and big pharma), which will review the proposals and choose the ones that best fit their needs and interests to schedule a private meeting.

Get in touch with national and international platforms and CROs looking for projects to establish a research collaboration model with shared risk and profit.

Send us your project of excellence in the early-stages of drug discovery in therapeutics (e.g. new targets or new hits identified), and that are interested in bringing these therapeutics into the following stages: target validation, hit to lead or lead optimization. From academics or start-ups.

The format of requested applications is a non-confidential onepager document (pdf) that should address at least: tittle, brief description of the asset, potential indications, advantages, stage of development, needs, leaders (scientific, clinical, business, if applicable) and entity. Applications to private B2B meetings will be reviewed by our panel of partners, who will select their matches. Notifications about your meeting’s agenda will be sent by the end of September.
