From November 9–10, the Open de Arbitraje will take place in Mexico City for the first time, bringing together leading professionals in international commercial and investment arbitration for a flagship global event.

Over two days, the Mexican capital will become a key meeting point for the arbitration community, combining academic excellence, practical insight, and high-level networking.

This year’s edition is inspired by Día de Muertos, under the theme “In arbitration, culture matters”, highlighting the importance of cultural diversity in the resolution of international disputes.

The Open de Arbitraje comes to Mexico to contribute to the country's outstanding arbitration community and to further strengthen the ties within the Ibero-American arbitration network.
