Most of the sessions will be in Spanish. Some of them will be in english.

All changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing to the email: [email protected].
Cancellations made before 11/10/2023 will be accepted at no cost.
From that date onwards, cancellations will be accepted with a 100% penalty.
Registration fee handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
All refunds will be processed within 5 weeks after the Congress concludes.
Inability to attend the event or making an error during registration are not grounds for refunds. Changes in registration ownership are accepted at any time with a written authorization letter from the original participant indicating the name change, which should be sent to [email protected] in writing.

PARADÍS 2023 is particularly sensitive to the protection of personal data of Users of services related to the Congress. In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, which adapts to Spanish law Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana with VAT ID G04960340, for the purpose of fulfilling the commitments arising from the relationship we maintain with you. You can exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition by writing to the following address: Carrer Moll de la Duana s/n, CP 46024, València, Spain. If you do not inform us otherwise within 30 days, we will assume that your data have not been notified, that you undertake to notify us of any changes, and that we have your consent to process them in order to process your registration. The Organization reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to legislative developments, jurisprudential criteria, industry practices, or the entity's interests. Any modification thereof will be announced well in advance so that you have full knowledge of its content.

I Authorize the capture and collection of my images (videos/photographs) by Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana, located at Carrer Moll de la Duana s/n, CP 46024, València, Spain, as the Data Controller. I authorize the publication and dissemination of my images and videos on the organization's website for the purpose of presenting and promoting various activities organized by PARADÍS 2023 in which I have participated. I authorize the publication and dissemination of my images and videos on the organization's social media platforms to inform social media users about the different activities and events organized by PARADÍS 2023. I authorize their corporate publication in newsletters, circulars, and notice boards located within the facilities of the Data Controller to promote the various activities and events organized by PARADÍS 2023.
