CANCELLATION POLICY *

Tickets will not be refunded, except in the case of cancellation of the Congress on the recommendation of the health authorities. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF RESPONSIBLE AND SUSTAINABLE COMPANIES due to a potential worsening of the pandemic situation in our country prior to the event, the organisers (El Club de Empresas Responsables y Sostenibles de la CV, with CIF.G98916901) will refund the price of the tickets to those who have purchased them, and in the event that the organisers cancel the Congress for any other reason, the price of the tickets will be refunded in the same method of payment used for the purchase within six weeks of the cancellation.

The impossibility of attending the event or the commission of an error when purchasing the ticket(s) are not grounds for a refund.

Changes in ticket ownership are accepted at any time with a written letter of authorisation from the original entrant informing of the name change to be sent to [email protected] in writing.

*Entry fees resulting from financial transactions will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Each attendee must undertake to comply with the guidelines established by the health protocol of the Department of Universal Health and Public Health of the Generalitat Valenciana in relation to COVID-19 and to present the relevant documentation to accredit what is specified in the protocol at the time of the ESRC Congress.
