Cancellations made before 30/11/2023 will be accepted at no cost.
From that date onwards, cancellations will be accepted with a 100% penalty.
Registration fee handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
All refunds will be processed within 5 weeks after the Congress concludes.
Inability to attend the event or making an error during registration are not grounds for refunds. Changes in registration ownership are accepted at any time with a written authorization letter from the original participant indicating the name change, which should be sent to [email protected] in writing.

The Organization reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to legislative developments, jurisprudential criteria, industry practices, or the entity's interests. Any modification thereof will be announced well in advance so that you have full knowledge of its content.

I Authorize the capture and collection of my images (videos/photographs) by BioHub (B98991326) Valencia, located at C/ Travesía, 15E – Marina de Valencia. 46024 València, Spain, as the Data Controller. I authorize the publication and dissemination of my images and videos on the organization's website for the purpose of presenting and promoting various activities organized by SMART CITIZEN 2023 in which I have participated. I authorize the publication and dissemination of my images and videos on the organization's social media platforms to inform social media users about the different activities and events organized by SMART CITIZEN 2023. I authorize their corporate publication in newsletters, circulars, and notice boards located within the facilities of the Data Controller to promote the various activities and events organized by SMART CITIZEN 2023.
