Welcome to the World Design Policy Conference 2022. This event will be held in Palacio de Congresos, Valencia, from 3rd to 4th of November.

Admission is free (only paying 1€ management fees) and it includes a full pass for the congress on November 3rd and 4th and simultaneous translation.

There is the option of a networking lunch with the speakers for 49,90€ + 3,1€ on November 3rd at the Conference Center.

GENERAL TERMS *

- No exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the transaction has been completed.

- Except in the case of total cancellation of the event, no ticket refunds will be accepted.

- Please note that the ticket is valid for the World Design Policy Conference 2022 edition only.

- The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or alter any of the activities and shows proposed in the line-up.
As the ticket is nominal, changes in ownership are accepted by emailing [email protected].

- It is strictly forbidden to record, broadcast and/or film the event with professional equipment without prior authorisation from the organizers.

-The organizers may record, rebroadcast and film the attendees to document the festival, archive images, publicity and others.

REPONSIBLE DECLARATION *

- The event is planned to be held in a face-to-face format with 100% indoor capacity. We continue to monitor local government regulations on the Covid situation and will communicate any changes closer to the event date.

- To plan your trip, please refer to the current regulations applied by the Spanish Ministry of Health.

CANCELLATION POLICIES *

- No changes or refunds will be accepted once the transaction has been completed.

- An error during the purchase or non-attendance at the event, among other reasons, will not be grounds for a refund or modification of the tickets purchased.

- The amount of the purchase of the tickets will only be refunded in the event of a technical problem in the purchase or the total cancellation of the event (the purchase and refund fees will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund).

- The event organizers cannot be held responsible for stolen tickets.

IMAGE RIGHTS *

The attendee accepts that the organization may record, broadcast, film and use his/her image for video, image, publicity and official visual material of the event, as an attendee of World Design Policy Conference 2022.
