Second Citizen Security Week in Central America and the Dominican Republic
January 23rd - 25th

The Second Security Week is a space for dialogue and exchange of experiences that will make it possible to analyze the complexity of current contexts, recognize the progress made and identify the challenges that arise from the interweaving of factors related to security and violence by creating a space for high-level dialogue on public policies for citizen security in Central America and the Dominican Republic.

Throughout the event, experiences and best practices that contribute to improving citizen security, social cohesion and justice will be exchanged, while promoting better effective governance in the framework of the work and fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 16 on peace, security and justice.
