Alqvimia was founded in 1984 by perfumer and philosopher Idili Lizcano. Idili's passion for the art of perfumery started at a very early age, when he spent his childhood in Paris and was mesmerised by the Perfume Boutiques around Place Vendôme. He developed a passion for knowledge, and his curious nature led him to study Philosophy, and discover the ancient art of Alchemy.
