ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION: Once the registration form is completed, your application will be evaluated by the Iberian MICE Forums team before confirming your Supplier place, within a maximum of 48/72 hours. Iberian MICE Forums reserves the right to deny your registration in case your company does not meet the criteria to participate in the event. CONFIRMATION OF SUPPLIER PLACE: Confirmation of your place will be done via e-mail. Once you receive the e-mail confirmation, the payment of the participation fee is due. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Once your place is confirmed, an invoice will be issued for the total amount of the participation fee. Payment must be made at the latest 15 days prior to the beginning of the Forum.

ACCOMODATION: Complimentary accommodation will be booked for you during the Forum dates in one of the official Luxury host hotels. The organization will inform you about the accomodation details.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Once your hosted buyer place is confirmed and your flight ticket is issued, in case of cancellation of your participation regardless the reason, you will incur in the following cancellation expenses: cost of your return plane ticket and accommodation cancellation charges (if applicable, according to the hotel's cancellation policy).
