1. Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
- The date of the cancellation email will determine the applicable refund.

2. Refund Schedule:
- Cancellations received before June 25, 2025 at 11.59 p.m. (CEST): 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after June 26, 2025: No refund will be provided.

3. Transfer of Registration:
- Registrations can be transferred to another participant for 20€ until July 1, 2025 at 11.59 p.m. (CEST).

*Refunds can be made up to 30 days after the end date of the congress.

4. Force Majeure:
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, no refunds will be issued. Alternate arrangements will be communicated to participants.

During the IMS 2025 Congress, photographs and videos will be taken to document the event and for promotional purposes.

By registering, you grant the IMS 2025 organizing committee permission to:
1. Capture photographs and videos of you during the event.
2. Use these images and recordings in promotional materials, including the congress website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing platforms.

Opt-Out Option:
If you prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, please notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to the start of the congress. We will make every effort to respect your preference.
