The FIO workshop is organized for professionals of the tourism sector. Its objective is to provide business opportunities to the companies and destinations who offer products and services specializing in ornithological and nature tourism.
It will take place on Fenbruary 27th at the exhibition site (FOTOFIO Marquee) between 9.00 am and 2.30 pm.
Access is limited to partners of the Extremadura Birding Club, receptive travel agencies from the region and the fair's exhibitors.

Some practical information about the event:
Access to the Workshop is limited to representatives of Birding in Extremadura Club partners, incoming Extremadura travel agencies, and exhibitors present at the fair.
The fair exhibitors will have two credentials for each stand unit that they hire (the business and art and nature units are allocated one credential per unit). The main exhibitor needs to inform the fair organizers which co-exhibitors will attend the Workshop and is responsible for sending them the information about registration and meeting requests to participate in the Workshop.
To participate in the Workshop it is necessary to fill out the registration form that the organization sends with information about your activity and services. Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password and from then on you can gain entry to the platform and manage your agenda.
It is indispensable for you to fill out your business information and your interests before the opening of the registration period. Remember that this is the information that buyers will see about your activity and interests. You can consult the list of buyers who are going to be present and request a meeting.
You can request meetings on the platform from February 11 at 12:00 till February 18 at 12:00.
We recommend that you previously download and print your agenda for the Workshop.
There will be a credential point at the entrance of the FOTOFIO marquee. You must go to this point with your company card to confirm that you are registered, and we will provide you the credential to gain access to the Workshop.
Buyers (tour operators and travel agencies, both domestic and foreign) will have a table at which to carry out all the meetings, while sellers (exhibitors and companies from Extremadura) must go to their tables to hold the meetings.
The meetings will last a maximum of 10 minutes, with another 5 minutes between one appointment and the next to change places.
