The ANIMMA 2025 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that special rates have been negotiated for early attendees who wish to book their stay at the event's venue. To secure your room at the discounted rate, please complete the form below.

In STEP 2, we offer special rates for attendees for the nights of June 7th to 13th (both included). If the nights you need are no longer available or if you require additional nights outside of this period, please complete your reservation for the available nights first. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book any additional nights directly with the hotel at a discounted rate.

Priority will be given to stays of minimum 3 nights.

General Terms and Conditions *

I have read and accept the following conditions. This purchase includes accommodation on selected nights in the selected room type. All reservations include breakfast. If you have selected the option of assigning a roommate by the Organisation and the number of interested parties does not allow to do so, you agree to pay the difference in rate per room for INDIVIDUAL use.

Cancellation Policy *
